Join our dynamic team as a Senior Revenue Analyst , where you'll oversee invoicing for our largest customers, the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). You'll ensure smooth financial reconciliations, collaborate with the Commercial team, and liaise with Licensing and Finance for audits, forecasts, and SAP integration. Monitoring MNO invoice processing through to payment collection, you'll lead customer engagement and negotiations to resolve non-payment issues, and prepare periodic and ad-hoc forecasting reports. Additionally, you'll handle energy billing, support the Licensing Manager, and assist with general reporting. Key Responsibilities Manages and owns the financial reconciliation activities with each MNO / agent where they are to be planned (with timetables agreed with customers), leading to accurate and timely invoicing, facilitating cash collection by Finance. Responsible for the timely and accurate receipt and processing of customer payments. Excellent communications skills and a track record of delivering multi-site programmes, with both internal and external suppliers. Advanced Excel with the ability to communicate via reporting.
